Our cabinets are built in-frame from solid timber in our own workshop, then hand-painted to your colour. Nothing arrives flat-packed and nothing is rebadged from a catalogue. You can come and watch it being made.
A price before a pitch
Every price we work to is published. You can read the full list, work out roughly where your kitchen sits, and decide whether to come in — all before you give us your phone number.
One designer, start to finish
The person who measures your room draws it, prices it and sees it fitted. No handover to a project team, no third designer who has never seen the space.
From first visit to first meal
Design consultation, 90 minutes
Bring your measurements, or just your photographs. We talk through how you cook, what you keep, and what the room has to do. You leave with a written price range for your project. £750, refunded in full against your order.
Drawings and a fixed price
We survey the room, draw it properly and price it to the penny. Nothing moves until you have that in writing and have said yes to it.
Made in the workshop
Your cabinets are built and hand-painted on Leeds Road. Ten to twelve weeks from sign-off. You are welcome to come and see them part-built.
Fitted by our own joiners
Our fitters, not subcontractors. Most kitchens take eight to twelve working days on site.
What a Marlbeck kitchen costs
Most kitchen companies will not give you a number until they have been to your house. We would rather you knew now. These are real ranges from real Marlbeck projects, complete — design, cabinetry, hand-painting, worktops, fitting and VAT.
Galley or single-run kitchen
Typically 8 to 12 cabinets, one worktop run, no island.
£18,000 to £24,000
Kitchen with island
Typically 14 to 20 cabinets, island with seating, two worktop materials.
£24,000 to £32,000
Kitchen, utility and boot room
The whole rear of the house, fitted as one job.
£30,000 to £45,000
Cabinetry on its own, without worktops or appliances, starts at £12,000.
